WBO Youth Title: Diaz captured the vacant WBO Youth title on April 16, 2016, with a unanimous decision victory over Ray Ximenez. This win marked the beginning of his rise in the super featherweight division.

WBO NABO Super Featherweight Title: On December 9, 2017, Diaz won the vacant WBO NABO Super Featherweight title by defeating Bryant Cruz at the Madison Square Garden Theater in New York. This victory further solidified his status as a formidable contender in the division.
